ugh...how i hate computer problems. i tried to add a 3rd party background to my blog, then decided i didn't want it. when i went back to my original background all of my gadgets moved to the bottom of the page. i can't move them manually, and from what i have researched it must be something within the HTML code. when i go into the codes, i'm clueless!
